'I'm not a professional writer, I am a Registered Nurse with a mountain of Information on food and health. You might think the book is small but it gets to the point and the information is invaluable. I wrote it so you could read it in your lunch hour and begin immediately. You probably expect a huge book of no less than 300 pages, but to be honest with you, I didn't have much else to tell you. I did however obtain the professional services of a Photographer for the cover of the book and a Printer who did the artwork and printed the book, so it is printed nicely, it looks good and the Plan is a little beauty. It has been a journey I will say, and a hard road but I am glad I did it.'
I have made a wonderful discovery. A Breakthrough in weight loss. It's a revolutionary concept in the battle to lose weight without dieting. And it really works! When I purchased the last book on dieting, I read the first three pages and threw it in my back room and left it there. I gave up! I realised then that it didn't matter which diet I followed, they were all the same. They all required weighing, measuring, counting calories/kilojoules, watching the fat content, consuming diet products without sugar, fat or anything tasty and stressing over the fact that I was always very hungry, and worrying when I would get to eat again. My every thought was consumed with the idea of eating food. I was so hungry.
Ok, I would agree that we need to watch the amount of fats and sugars we consume but not to the extreme. But that is all. We work so very hard now that we don't have a lot of time to prepare difficult meals for ourselves. And wouldn't it be nice to be able to eat the same food as the rest of the Family? Of course it would be.
Who has the extra cash to purchase the frozen delivered meals or those horrible diet drinks? These two products aren't good for you anyway. Ask yourself this. When was the food cooked and how long has it been frozen? Frozen is not as good as fresh. How nutritious do you think food is after it has been subjected to all that cooking? Vitamins and Minerals are fragile and are destroyed easily by heat. The shakes diets? Hmmmm, The Human Body is not designed to process liquids only. The Intestines push food products and waste through it and if it is liquid only you could be at risk of the Peristaltic action of the Intestines shutting down. It needs solid food. You can get the same level of nutrition from a glass of skim Milk and a Berocca tablet. DON'T DO IT!!
Then we have the people who say "Oh but you have to want to lose weight" There is another silly idea. When I hear that I laugh. PEOPLE PERCEIVE DIETING as: going without the foods they like. Being hungry and having to find something non-fattening to stop from starving to death. They think of the weighing and measuring, calorie/kilojoule counting and most of all, which diet can they afford to do this time. It's no wonder they have to want to do it. It is all just too darned hard. How can you keep your mind on your job, your kids, your driving or anything else for that matter if your thoughts are taking you to the next hamburger stand. And don't you get sick of hearing your best friend constantly saying I'm on a diet" They could say the same about you!
Well not any more. No more DIETING. No more going hungry. No more worries about your next bite of food. Just eat!!! I also need to tell you that if you are overweight and thinking about exercising the weight off. Think again. If you are carrying excess weight and do too much pavement pounding (jogging, running), you will wear out the joints in your Feet, Ankles, Knees and hips. And when you get too old to run or jog, what then? All the weight goes back on. Well, I have the answer for that too! I am very excited by my own weight loss and you will be as well. You have nothing to lose but your weight! I have found I did & do less exercise with My Plan than I ever did with any other diet I tried. As soon as I stopped exercising, I put all the weight back on. I have found a new way to do a few simple and easy exercises to speed up the process of losing that weight. So do it now!!!
